Robert (Bob) Eugene Lotz, 94, was born Feb. 18, 1926, to the late Martin and Avon (Keeney) Lotz on the family farm in Licking, Mo. Bob went to be with the Lord while surrounded by his loving wife, Billie, and family. He passed away Feb. 20, 2020, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Jefferson City, Mo.
