The Houston Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Friday at Lilia's Taqueria in downtown Houston marking the grand opening of Houston's newest eating establishment. The restaurant is owned and operated by Lilia Garcia (holding the big scissors), along with her husband Roberto, and their son Roberto Jr. and daughter Michelle.
As of late last week, Houston has a new eatery offering Mexican food.
