Julie Ann Heiney, 61, passed away Nov. 9, 2019, in Springfield, Mo. She was born on Oct. 25, 1958, to Francis Lee and Betty Sue Smith Hodge in Detroit, Mich. She married Ivan Heiney on Aug. 12, 1977. They had three children.
