Dr. Allen Moss, superintendent of the Houston School District, visits with judges recently with the Missouri Community Betterment Program about a successful bond issue earlier this year that will lead to the construction of a new gymnasium and other improvements on campus. The judges heard about several projects completed in the last year at Houston. Winners will be announced Monday.

Members of Community Betterment and Arts Council of Houston and those associated with its youth organization will attend a statewide conference today and Monday in Mexico, Mo.
