Veta Deloris Bowlin, also known as Brownie, 80, daughter of Lua Duncan and Pearl Ann (Wiseman) Duncan, was born on July 18, 1937, in Evening Shade, Mo. She went to be with her Lord on June 30, 2018. She passed away at Texas County Memorial Hospital, Houston, Mo.
