• The state’s official manual, known as the “Blue Book” may be coming back after an absence. The Missouri General Assembly appropriated $50,000 in the Missouri secretary of state’s budget to publish “the Official Manual of Missouri by the University of Missouri Press, provided that all copies are sold at cost and proceeds are deposited into the Blue Book Printing Fund.” The 2017-2018 edition of the Blue Book has not been published. By establishing a Blue Book Printing Fund, there is hope that future funding to publish the book will be available.
