Grady Todd of Houston was among 109 high school students from across the state of Missouri who was chosen to participate in the Missouri Electric Cooperative CYCLE (Cooperative Youth Conference and Leadership Experience) program July 12-14 in Jefferson City. The program included a day at the Missouri State Capitol where the students learned how a bill goes through the process to become a law.
