Houston resident Steve Wilson voluntarily plows soils last week at the Houston Community Garden. Texas County Master Gardeners and community garden coordinators Verlin and Doris Altom said lots of free plots are still available in the garden. Wilson and his wife, Kathy, own and operate What’s Up Greenhouse near Houston, and provide the community garden with vegetable plants and seeds.
