We are one-fourth of the way through the new year and Texas County Library’s resolutions are in full swing. It has been focusing on safety lately: Safety for our patrons and our staff. Houston police chief, Tim Ceplina, conducted safety evaluations for all the library branches to help us determine what works and what could work better for the safety of our community.
