• Real estate on South U.S. 63 has the changed hands after several Pizza Hut locations were sold to a Blue Springs firm. The Darnell and Hamman families, whose company was based at Lebanon, have sold to Summit Pizza Inc., which operates Pizza Huts and Long John Silvers in several states.
