Narlin Delano Neal was born March 22,1956 in Houston, Mo., and after a long battle with diabetes and congestive heart failure ,he passed away April 8, 2016, at his home in Cabool, Mo., where he resided with his beloved and devoted son, Jesse Nolan Neal.
