Anthony J. Jones, Jr., 21, of 402 Phelps St. in Houston, was arrested Jan. 4 by the Houston Police Department for having an active Texas County warrant on charges of driving while intoxicated – prior offender, driving while license revoked and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.
