David Woosley

David Hoyt Woosley, 63, was born in Lexington, Ky., on Aug. 18, 1947, to Myrtle “Nadine” Curtner Woosley and Waite “Hoyt” Woosley. He died of injuries sustained in a motorcycle-car accident in Louisville, Ky., on July 16, 2011.
