Becky M. Garrett, 49, of Licking, entered a guilty plea Jan. 9 to two counts of DWI, alcohol-persistent offender and operating a motor vehicle on the highway while driver’s license revoked, as well as failure to submit to a chemical test. Her total incarceration was set at four years.
