Barbara Ann McKee Smith, 60, daughter of Ulus F. “Buck” and Clyde Irene Faircloth McKee, was born Sept. 7, 1947, at Syracuse, Kan. She died Sept. 17, 2007, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
